Starting, March 15, 2023, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $15 for all custom order requests & design previews/mockups. This small deposit will ensure that our team can put in the time and effort required to create unique, personalized designs for you. The deposit will be credited towards the final cost of your purchase. Once we receive the message with your request, we will reach out with a link to cover your deposit. Once it has been paid, we will proceed with putting together some design options to choose from, along with pricing, depending availability or ability to create your request. We also offer many items in our online shop with live personalization that do not require a deposit. These items can be customized and ordered directly through our website without any additional fees.
